My ex, who had been ruined by long COVID, managed to catch it again on one of her few trips out the house, so I'm back in while she isolates to avoid giving it to my daughter, who I took to her own long COVID appointment this morning as her mum can't do much more than stay in bed even if she wasn't isolating. I'm half convinced I got it again a couple of weeks back as I felt like ∆ that, but not as bad, didn't test positive though.
