I have a 7km commute. Both kids are delivered at daycare and kindergarten within the first kilometer. That means I am doing 12km a day, at least, on the cargo bike without actually needing the cargo bike. I live on top of a hill (115mm elevation gain) and the home commute takes <20min on a road bike and +30min on the cargo bike.
I traded this Frankenstein Bob Ibex for a stem build and wanted to try it out for a period of time to see if it will help my knee pain a bit and help increase time spent in the workshop.
The seat from the cargo bike fits so I am hoping to be able to use it without too much work. Obviously I didn't think about it being for 26er frames... so I had to modify it.
Luckily the workshop manager was there to help.
