Yes! I'm having the exact same issue. I have to turn my phone off and on again to get it to sync.
I have just tried that and it’s worked. And all the deleted routes are back in the Garmin Connect list.
So a bit of a farce! No doubt a problem at Garmin’s end - so shit on the software side of things.
