Wheelsets like halo and Mack keep the 42mm chainline and that won’t work with most 135mm chainstays. You need to be looking as something like a surly or Paul hub that run a 52mm chainline. I’ve also thought about getting a hope fat 135mm front hub then running superboost to get the correct chainline but then you’re dealing with quite a big Q factor.
Sorry for the ramble, working out what I need to build up.

Not at all! Makes sense with the chainline, I haven't actually checked what combination (if any) of cranks would work.
Aside from the proper way (surly hub) am leaning towards converting/building a 135mm disc single speed wheel and mounting cog on there.

I had a look on their website. They only list things 49mm and over for chainline so that rules out track cranks.

You can do a bolt on cog as well!
