Do you ever travel down to Glasgow?
What is the frame size stamp on the bb? -
• #5
No afraid I'm never down there and very time poor, hence the strong preference to post. So near yet so far!
Attached is a pic of the NDS BB shell... I can't decipher it and have a memory the size is under the cable guide. Can measure the frame in any combination you like if needed however.

Haha! No worries, don't go messing about taking bits off to show the stamp.
I think it might be a little short for me, just to clarify the top tube measures 56cm c2c? -
• #7
Yes that's correct. For reference I have the saddle top at 750mm from centre of the BB in the picture. Stem is the original CODA, 110mm long.

Ah ok, I have my saddle set at 830mm on my road bikes. Sadly I don’t think this would be right for me.
Really lovely bike, been dying to scratch the Saeco itch!
I don’t think there’s a nicer bike available for the money, glws! -

V nice. Interested in the saddle if you split. (I know you don’t want to split but you mentioned swapping out the saddle in your post).

@TotalShanner No problem, thanks for the interest and big ups.
@DanM Noted, if a buyer takes the bike with Fabric saddle I'll let you know.

Great bike and great price... I have zero need or room for it, but I must have looked at this thread a hundred times!
Someone please buy it 😫

Some more detail of the TT ding, and the few scratches/marks that are present. BB shell is free of bubbling, just residual Park grease from installing the BB cups.

This bike is provisionally sold pending collection - thanks for the interest along the way.
For sale is my Cannondale CAAD3 in Viper Red with Saeco graphics on the TT. 58cm (C-T), 56cm TT. In very good condition for it's age, a dent on the TT that is shallow (tried to photo) and a few scratches which I covered with Tamiya red water-based paint (not a great match but serves a purpose). Small bubbling on NDS of head tube but that's it. Small mark to the fork lacquer. I painted the downtube stops and fork dropouts black (again using Tamiya modelling paint), easy to remove if you wish.
I bought this bike locally from FB Marketplace in December 2022. I stripped the original build, keeping the frameset, stem and seatclamp.
It's a great bike but one of many (one too many?) and I don't ride it enough to justify keeping it. Since putting it together I'd estimate it's covered 200km tops - I use it for 30km lunchtime blasts from work. Been caught in the rain on it once, otherwise dry miles.
Rebuilt with the following parts:
105 groupset (Chain Reaction deal): 11-30, 53/39 175mm (delusions of grandeur), KMC chain, Ultegra BB (as it's black to match). No drops or heel rubs. Only detraction is rubbing on the rear mech cage tab where I routed the chain over it between the jockey wheels (like a buffoon)
Prime RR-50 wheels: Destickered with all the glue removed to save you doing it. Taped for tubeless, but run with Michelin latex tubes and Vittoria Open Pave GC 25s. Run with the Prime pads they came with.
Yellow Ti Flite (good colour match to graphics)
Cinelli seatpost
Deda Speciale bars (42cm outside-outside)
Yellow Lizard Skins tape (bad colour match to graphics, but wasn't going to bin it)
Saeco Cannondale end plugs
Not included: Elite cages. Look Keo pedals.
Asking £670 posted, a decent bit less than the sum of parts in the hope someone wants the complete build. No desire to part out at present. Only option I can think of it £40 off if you want a Fabric Scoop instead of the Flite.
Based in Aberdeen. Inspection welcome if you can. Will be sent carefully boxed with droupout spacers, box braced and via Parcelforce. Payment via PayPal Goods and Services please - I'll cover fees.
