Still a new process and I'm sure it'll need ironing out but we're being asked to inspect them.
"Unusual noises" are also sufficient to be able to return them but as with any warranty part, there's always the likelihood that they will send it back and say "user error" or something like that in order to avoid giving out replacement!

Are shimano replacing them sans any issues or do they need to be cracked?
