True but watt saving per £ is a necessary approach for those on a budget small or reasonable. My budget was 5-6k including bike, kit and testing so had to prioritise where that went to get as optimised as possible within that budget as easy as it could have been to spunk half my budget on wheels.

As a side note I did do some wind tunnel testing with the guy in that article and he tried selling me an £1800 front wheel that's at best 3-4w faster than what I'm currently running 😂

Fine and as fast as possible aren't the same. 100% aero bike fit for max aero bang for buck though
