The Raymond blanc stuff is all aluminium though, isn't it?

Yes, it's cast aluminium with stainless base for induction but discontinued now.

I have the casserole version of that, I think. The handles are cheap bollokcs, and have all broken.

The non-stick is still good, but then it is anodised, rather than stuck on (as it would be with steel).
