Off STW @TotalShanner? I have the seller's previous MK4 and can confirm they are an excellent seller for what it's worth.
Being a MK4 owner (at a mere 5ft 6in) I'm comfortable on it with a 35mm stem and some medium rise bars. They're pretty versatile in terms of sizing - I'd say go for it!

I have the chance to get a mk5 in 19.5" frame size but not really sure about how the fit will feel. I'm 1.89m/6ft2 and a bit.
