I’m trying to winterise my fixie but I’m totally clueless about mudguards. Kinesis say my fork (DC07) is good for 28s and guards but I have to jam the mudguard (Bluemels 35) up into the fork crown to get it to fit. Is it acceptable to have that much contact between the mudguard and the fork or do I need to change something in this equation?
