Ah just checked, it's actually a 18mm one so does definitely not bunch on 19mm. The chunky nato that was also labeled as 18 does bunch a lot.

One of my favourite reissues ever is of this watch.

Yes, albeit not in comparable condition. Mainly it’s just that while I appreciate vintage watches I don’t really buy or wear them.

Quite different?
Second hand on mine is wrong for the model, was broken when I got it in the late nineties, and thats what the watchmaker had.

It’s twice the size of the original, that’s why he likes it so much. ;)

(But yes, it’s also a reissue of the 1957 Seamaster 300, not a Seamaster 120.)

I was half cut when I wrote that, but basically I don't like the new 300 with the helium escape valve. I like the heritage 300m or the 120.

But twice the size is good! 😂

At my sisters so could get my seamaster from @PawG next to what it replaced when she nabbed it. Only a few years apart, both over 50 years old, and the dials are remarkably similar

Looks real to me, a good indicator is the number 7 with the Cartier script in tiny letters.
