You can use 20mm, the perlon won't care as it's flexible.
At least that's what I do.

Good to know- and it doesn't bunch up too much around the lugs?

Ah just checked, it's actually a 18mm one so does definitely not bunch on 19mm. The chunky nato that was also labeled as 18 does bunch a lot.
