I just could never justify owning one. You would never get anywhere near its capabilities on a road so what's the point.
The do look / sound fucking ace though.

I would kill myself within 30 minutes of owning that

Did my first wheelie this morning.
Very unintentional but my coworkes commented on the big grin when I got in.
Still learning to know the old bike... -

Had nothing but time wasters trying to sell the bike - I'd have hoped the motorcycle scene had less of them than the car scene.
Anyway want this for £2500? 1798 CB550

Very tempted by an OSA+ atm.
Rack for the SUP, passenger seat, shit tonnes of carrying space.
Someone talk sense into me.FWIW it would be ludicrously discounted from RRP.

Very unintentional
Whatever you do, don't let them know that. Bravo.

Yessssss dude, that’s the exact vibe I’m talking about.
I know my shit ain’t pretty, but I also know damn well that it works.
Panigale above being prime example. A mate has one too. It sees the light of day for about 7 days a year. Must be an amazing 7 days, but 7 days of being scared of scratching it.In other news, just finished rebuilding this. Not mine. Wheels painted, tyres, forks/brakes serviced. TB balanced. All fixtures replaced stainless. It’s a fucking riot to ride.

Top work getting the front wheel up on the mad bad Italian.

You need to accidentally sit further back on the seat, reclined a little, and definitely not deliberately rev a couple grand higher as you let the clutch out like flicking the bean.
Don't forget to cover the rear brake and clutch. Ha...

I was honestly just trying to set off as fast as possible by the green light. :)
-
• #24089
Yup. Didn't expect that.

Choose fast clutch slow throttle, or slow clutch fast throttle...
Either get the clutch all the way out then hammer on the power, or get the power rising and then let the cluth out slower. You'll find which you prefer in which situation, beware of the rain, and don't let them both out hard or you'll lift.

What is 'flicking the bean'
-
• #24092
Oh God. Facepalm.

I assume you’re not accustomed to fast rates of digital motion…

New 1300GS leak
No news on if they’ve redesigned the polite jacket too before anyone asks.

Looking more like all the other adventure bikes, very Yamaha tank and fairing area. Nothing much changing in the luggage dept. Let's hope the rear suspension works and they've lost some weight.

Is it just me or are the cylinders higher up?
-
• #24097
They are slowly making it into a Guzzi...
-
• #24098
Looks that way to me.
Probably to give a slightly higher pivot point to make it easier to pick up that one time in its life it gets taken off road.

• #24099
Tank fairing is very Niken esque looking, only fatter.

Tank is the word for it.
Cracking bikes.
