Agreed! I love a 20 min nap of power.
These are the two videos I use the most. The binaural beats one feels like sleeping, the isochronic tones one feels more like it's energising, I don't tend to drift off so much with that, but still really good.
Having a successful power-nap.
Drove for near-on ten hours the other day and had a break after about six. Was only out for about ten mins but woke up like it was a new morning. In contrast I came home yesterday and it took about 8 1/2 hours with a break but no shut-eye. Was shattered at the end of it and couldn’t switch off for ages. Power naps don’t always work, but they are awesome when they do.
