How are you after something like that?
Pretty tired! But I've tended to find chasing PBs on a track 5,000m gets more out of me and I've needed a proper lie down afterwards. 5k/10k training is quite refreshing after a marathon, just a different type of pain if raced properly.
@doubleodavey - I was close to 19 mins "chip time" at Dulwich recently, starting too far back and working my way through. So definitely a lot to come off but I'll work on it! :)
That’s so fast for a buggy run! 16:53 is just ridiculous. How are you after something like that? I’ve never truly found my all-out effort on 5k and have generally hovered around 18min but would like to work on that once the marathon is out of the way.
