Amazing achievement, hope he shoots for the official record next, but maybe that isn't his thing.

He has stopped riding road races so if his team don't get publicity from his rides, there's no reason to keep him on the team.

I read somewhere that he gets more coverage and engagement than the rest of the team, so I imagine they are very keen to keep him on.
