Such a great bike, and well photographed too.
My wife has these on her cross check and loves them. I have the studded ones (ordered from blue lug I think). The studs are good, if a tad too aggressive for my purposes. Overall, I just really like the length of these pedals for this sort of bike. Pretty sure I read about someone adding studs to these with a drill and tap but can’t remember where.
