interested — is it free standing or really needs to have the guy lines secured somehow? Did you have some sort of rack to lock to inside?

It does have rods that keep it semi rigid so it does sort of stand on its own but I would recommend using the guy lines to tie it down all the same. It does come with pegs and some plugs that you can supposedly drill into concrete though.
I didn't have anything to lock to inside, my garden is pretty secure so there wasn't much need.
There is a small flap at the back so that you can feed a cable lock or chain through, so you can use something like a wall anchor to secure the bikes. -

Bike cave is now gone
Bike Cave waterproof bike storage tent, I've had this in my back garden for about a year now and it's done an admirable job of keeping my bikes dry.
It's about 2m wide x 80 cm deep x 1m60 high, comfortably fits 3 adult bikes and then some!
