I spotted Kev's coffee blog has a discount code for Sage machines, so have bought a new Bambino (others are available in the promo) for the princely sum of £195. Sage currently have a cashback deal on, which means if you subscribe to beanz.com for coffee, they give you £50 cash for every 20 bags you buy up to a maximum of £200. If you buy two bags a fortnight (perfectly reasonable), it'll take you 80 weeks to get the £200 back. The promotion is running for 18 months, so with a bit of a tweak to the subscription in the last month or so, you should be able to hit that magic 80-bag figure.
If I do this right, effectively they'll have paid me a fiver to buy a coffee machine.
