Turbo Trainer Advice

I thought fans for turbo were unnecessary bullshit because my turbo was in an unheated garage the space was cool enough or I could open the doors. But I would finish each session dripping with sweat and have a massive puddle beneath me. And I couldn’t open the doors in summer because of wasps and hornets (which can cause anaphylactic shock in me).

When I finally succumbed and bought a fan I would finish sessions nearly dry, no pool of salty sweat on the floor and because I wasn’t over heating my power output jumped up.
