Is fucking ridiculous for anyone, whatever genders or any other caracteristic about the person, incluiding race.
Some people are too insulated from the real world, even a fraction of that kind of thing said out loud “IRL” could get your head kicked in. I’m not advocating for violence, just pointing out how poisonous people can get when terminally online.
Well in the last few pages you have a good demonstration of toxicism just because they just assume shit and cant read or use their rationale, if any.

I haven't bothered replying on this thread before, because I am unqualified to do so. I have only watched one Hambini episode and thought that whether he was right or wrong, he is an unpleasant little tit.
I would suggest that you think twice about being an apologist for this person in light of the allegations against him.
In the meantime, I shall continue to take my technical advice from people like @gbj_tester who have a demonstrable degree of expertise.

"An Apologist" ?
ahahah - that was cute bromance.
I said already way too many times my position on Hambini content.
As well that does not make anyone who watches his content, someone automatically adherent to his line of though on any other topics.
Or do you think that you have to agree with the unveiled ethics that all the people you deal in life are?
What a fuck is actually going on people?
What is this fvckin' pseudo-morality hunt when you jump on straight assumptions on others, even though they are explicitly expressed directly to you?
Why the fvck there is such a clubbism of ideology separatists and need of labeling someone that you do not know just because has a certain opinion on certain topic that is NOT anything to do with sexual prejudice?
Are you actually using your brains on about what you saying?I affirmed more than one time, in clearest way possible that I do not agree with anything of that nature, that means that I cannot watch his content on certain matters that I find interesting?
Or that makes you itchy not able to do so due of your emotion inteligence behind keyboards and prefer to come here to offend other users like happened here directly and indirectly in the last 2 pages where I did not do that do anyone just because someone has a different view than mine on topic X or Y?
Lost too much time on this, of you cannot perceive that someone does NOT adheres to a generelised group thinking, and is able to extract, to personal good sake, the GOOD bit, then you have inclination towards a rewarded group thinking.
But I get it.
Is too risky to have your own opinion that might be slightly different from the majority.
And with this, once again, I cant get fucked about him, if he releases a video on about some frame, or whatever he talks about I might check, which 90% doesn't appeal to me, what I ahve watched he seemed knowlegeable. The rant and attitude? I don't give a fuck, if I feel offended or I feel is wrong, I report or just close the video and do something else.Choice is there.

Blimey, I think you should sit down and have a cup of tea. Maybe stop and think about what you’re saying before typing.
-
• #506
For someone who doesn't care, you seem to be using a lot of words to justify your interest in his work.
-
• #507
I am not justifying the interest in his work but just CLARIFYING against your empty assumptions about myself that are quite offensive trying to put me in the same sack when you don't know me from anywhere.
Blimey, I think you should sit down and have a cup of tea. Maybe stop and think about what you’re saying before typing.
"I should this, I should that, people should think this or should do that"
don't like: alt+F4 or report to one of the admins or moderators and try to get me banned, cancelled, doxxed as well, adopt what people these days do on the internet.Deal with it.

When considering the question of whether to overlook the mores of the creator when appreciating the work, one must consider both how egregious are the mores and how brilliant the work. Hambini starts at a considerable disadvantage in this equation as his work is neither good nor special - if he were an agreeable presenter and a paragon of virtue, I still wouldn't waste my time watching his videos because life is too short.
-
• #511
Leuscher put his real name and credentials out there. If he cuts up a frame and give an opinion it is probably worth hearing.
Hambuni doesn’t put out his real name and his credentials appear highly suspect. His opinions are meaningless.
Also - if he’s going to make up some bullshit about how brilliant he is, at least make it believable. -

Well, I/everyones learns a lot of stuff throughout time that later might be disproven due to advancements/finds/access to information/etc (all areas of study are full of it throuought, and a lot of you know that) ... or... from anyone who is willing to share information and actually prove it right or wrong like this one, which I also follow
which my curious "weird" brain finds interesting (regardless from who the person is) that in some way or another attempts to seek the truth applying and demonstrating to wider audience - not always in ways that draw likeness for everyone, as we saw expressed here from some people (and that's ok). But direct offensive atitude is towards others with no grounds is uncomprehensible and futile. And also think that in the cycling world (as in any other "scenes") where a lot of people full of passion can get a bit "Red Team" or "Blue Team" and adopt te Versus atitude and clearly not be able to abstract from the all BS that they might give emphasis with different proportions.
Some people might want to take the argument or the discussion to paths where others don't want to give credit/importance/fvcks about or maybe simply feel fragile when their "stone craved" opinion gets orphan/challenged and they simply can't deal with it.
The only thing I tend to assume is that the other person (whoever is) might know something that I do not know.
And I think that is a good way to leave open the possibility for learning, discussion and debate, which seems a lot of people have faded that skill or will as the easy access to information increases.Life is too short indeed, as I said I have no more interest in carry on this pseudo-discussion - just wanted to make clear amongst the community and clean the attempts of wrong labeling and conclusion jumps when people commenting can't compute or differenciate things neither do not know my views or know me.
But always open to discuss on any subject, if we cross paths one day and cheers to that!
Ride safe!

If you asked about Socrates... but JP and JR?
Another assumption, ideology labeling, let's go! next.

How do you know that you're extracting the good bit?

Fabzzzz is clearly the last of the free thinkers. Wake up sheeple.
-
• #520
Let's not just go banning people that we disagree with though please. It is an echo chamber in here already. They haven't agreed with or shared anything offensive (however stupid that rationale is)
-
• #521
Too funny to ban.
-
• #522
I mean, I woke up to a long DM from Fabzzz asking "if this kind of behaviour is telerated here towards others is definitely not a spot for me" (behaviour being all of the comments in this thread in the last few days).
For my sins I've read the last few days and OK... strange irrelevant arguments happen on the internet, and people definitely go down some oddly chosen rabbit holes when choosing to have them.
I think we can all say that Fabzzz should have slept better and not been posting all times of day and night. Beyond that, who knows... seems such a storm in a teacup.

“Telerated”- approved over long distance?

+1
Dude has said he enjoys certain bits of this guys videos, and that he dgaf about the more poisonous views.
Sure it's a weird hill to die on, but the idea of banning someone for it can fuck right off.
-
• #525
Relax, there haven't been any serious suggestions about banning - just someone saying 'if they get banned today, can you please leave their posts in place so I can come back for a better read when I’ve got a bit more time? 😀' Let's not get our knickers in a twist.
JFC. I remembered he’s a prick (having not seen a whiff of him after repeatedly telling YouTube to not show me his videos) but fuck me. What an absolutely vile little man and bunch of followers. How mentally deficient do you have to be to write and do stuff like that?
