Also the size of the public toilets.

I remember using the ones in Grand Central and they epitomised that American mantra of over built and under engineered. I can only imagine what they'd be like in some of the chubbier states.

Compared with the Japanese over engineered and under sized toilets, which are hermetically sealed, barely shoulder width, and obvs the built musical bum gun and drier. And are probably controlled not by Android or IOS, but some bespoke OS that works only for bogs.
