get a couple of these screwed into the ceiling: https://www.diy.com/departments/rothley-ladder-storage-hook-pack-of-2/192539_BQ.prd per bike and then hang your frame over both with some pipe insulation for padding? then the space underneath is useable. thats what I did in my garage. theres different versions of hooks too
