Dibs, just checking the sizing from the other thread

Looking at the sizing of this and trying to work out if its going to be too small, it would be a cool project for a fast commuter/winter build. Here it is compared to some other bikes I ride (one current road bike, one on the trainer)
It looks like it might be too small, but wondering if I can mitigate the sizing with a longish stem? Appreciate any thoughts.
Also, do you know the max tyre clearance you can get away with?

For those who asked about clearances:
- at the rear, with a 28c on a wide rim, there's 4mm clear;
- at the front, with a 25c on a wide rim, there's 3.5mm clear.

Undibs this, annoyingly a touch too small I think

Well, probably just needs a stem 10mm longer than whatever length you have on the Supersix?

Postage possible, £15 by Parcelforce 48 to anywhere that's not a Highland/Island/Abroad sort of place.
Selling this Canyon Ultimate AL frame and fork (and a 100mm stem).
I bought this from @dan on LFGSS 2 months ago but then realised I have one too many projects and it's a little too big for me.
It's a lovely frame, with a beautiful custom paint job.
Selling for the same I paid, £110 collected from N5.
Exactly as described in this thread.
Builds up into a beautiful bike:
