Really nicely made frame. This is a proper handmade in Deptford Witcomb. Nice fork crown, long lugs and interesting seattube cluster. Campag dropouts... I have had many a Witcomb and this is the era when the likes of Richard Sachs, Peter Weigle, Chris Chance, Ben Serotta were training there ... so you never kn0w! HaPlenty of chips, bits of repainted bits, scratches - but no dings, or dents.
