  • I bought four dry bags from Tradeinn. Delivery took about two weeks, and in the end they sent me four dry bags that were a similar but lesser model. I flagged this with them and they responded (via form letter) that I should return and order again. I did as instructed and got sent the same four wrong bags a second time. I had specifically noted that there was clearly an issue in their warehouse with a mixup of barcodes, because they had scanned the wrong item four times. This message obviously did not get through. I tried through several different avenues to contact them and at no point was I able to get a response from an actual human, addressing the points I was making.

    Eventually gave up and shopped elsewhere. I did get a refund both times but it took a long time to process, close to two months.
