Nice, yeah - I bought an old thorn Audax recently, but after tugging a couple of full pannier up about 1k elevation on a ride recently, I'm second guessing myself and erring towards sth like your setup here...

Any interest before Fleabay?
Edit, gone to gumtree
Hi all,
This bike is probably the most comfortable bike I have ever ridden and I will probably regret it but I need to make space at home. The shifting is crisp and it rolls really well, loaded or unloaded.
I bought it last year for touring but have only ridden around 50 miles on it and toured on something else instead.
Here is the link to the brochure with the geo chart.
£600
Frame and Forks - Thorn Sherpa 535L (about a medium) I am 5'8" and it fits great.
Wheels - 26" Shimano Deore hubs, CR-18 rims
Tyres - Schwalbe Land Cruiser
Groupset - Shimano Deore 3 x 8 all in good condition
Ergon grips
Pedals - Shimano SPD/flat ones
Topeak rack
mud guards
The frame was resprayed by the guy before me by Ellis Briggs. I hasn't be ridden much since then and the paint looks great.
Collection from Harrogate, North Yorkshire or I can bring it to London when I come back in a couple of weeks.
