Nice was watching this one, you got a great deal at £350. Definitely worth investing in some fancy hubs. +1 for Phil!

What are those nuts for on the bottom of the seatstays, just above the dropouts?

Personally, I would go for Royce hubs to TB14’s and then whatever finishing kit you like.

Dunno how much ammo you have in the money gun but Sugino 75DD would be about a good a crankset as anyone needs. @hollow__legs has a good wheel suggestion. Stainless steel cog and a nice chainring (not miche) and then you're nearly done

Thanks it’s got a campag record chainset on it at the moment, thought it seemed alright? Although the Sugino 75 is a nice piece of kit.
The Royce stuff is nice, it’s got a Royce bb so would work well getting abit of a Royce theme

The Campag Record crankset is very nice indeed.
Another option would be to keep the Campag theme and get some Record Pista hubs. I recently bought some from HubJub and they work great with the equally bling EAI Superstar cog.

Then I’d get a set of Record/Super Record shifters and calipers from eBay and some fancy Italian carbon finishing kit. I’ve probably thought about how I’d build your frame way too much ;)

What's with the wing nuts?
Mudguard stays? -

If it were me, I'd go low flange track hubs to 38mm carbon rims. Yes to 11s era super record levers, find some broken ones and rip out the shifting bits.

Hi yes the fixings/wings are for mudguards, but unusual hey, like old skool ones from the 40’s.
Those wheels would be great!

No one's suggested a seat clamp, for Pete's sake!
