So I’ve been lax about this thread for a few months, however
My smallest found a dead badger the other day. After some serious inspection and introspection, she turned to me and said 'Can we take it home?'
To be clear: we did not take it home
I found a half rotted coyote in the woods this summer, and well, stuck his head in my handlebar bag. It took 3 washes and two weeks sitting inside out in the sun and rain to get the smell out. It’s been sitting, or uhh buried in my garden since. I should dig it up and see if it’s clean now…
At least she collects rocks!
My eldest has taken a liking to acorns, mirabeller, apples and other organics road side finds.
It can get sticky and stinky quite quickly
