Adobe uses CUDA cores from NVIDIA very well :)
You'd notice a difference for sure when moving those sliders, specially in Premiere if you add postfx BUT, there is ways to go around it if you dont have a dedicated GPU, you can editing wisely and leave those post fx to apply only in the end of the editing so your setup woulnt need to process in each preview if that makes sense. Also check cache allocation disc, preferably a SSD or a m.2, thesedays if you get a m.2 vai usb-c it doubles as storage and cache well and you notice difference too. hope it helps.
