Just hope they’re definitely the right size! I’m still waiting to hear back regarding my return...

Well they arrived today, and are thankfully the right size! :)

Had an update that the item that was listed in stock when I ordered at the end of April, and was then subsequently then out of stock and due in at the end of May is now not due in until mid-June. I've cancelled my order as I've got no confidence that this will ever arrive.
I've taken @Pifko advice and just ordered the part individually from eBay - OK it was £5 more than Tweeks, but that's a small price to pay to actually receive what I now need whereas some 6 weeks ago it was just a bit of preventative maintenance.

I’ve still heard nothing from these dudes, nearly 2 months later. What’s my next step do you reckon? I’ve tried phoning, emailing and tweeting so I’m assuming I now need to contact the queen or Martin Lewis, right?

Wrexham trading standards would be next . The infected chicken factory down the road may know someone there.

Holy crap, this company is awful.
I've been waiting 3.5 weeks for 2 orders with a value of about £180. Countless emails, unable to actually speak to anyone in customer service.
Luckily I paid with PayPal, and I have escalated to them to assist.
I've never really dealt with a bad cycling company until I made my first order with tweeks.
Woeful.......

Gah, I've just fallen foul of the 'show it's in stock then tell you it's not' trick.
Sneaky how they send the email telling me the new stock expected date at half 5 and the phone lines all shut at 5.
I was a little nervous ordering a pair of shoes from here last night after this thread, but they were the cheapest with the right size in stock by a long way. Dispatch email just came through. Sent by 2nd class post with no tracking, though, which seems like a risky strategy for a 150 quid pair of shoes. Fingers crossed they arrive!
