We spent hundreds of years perfecting these traits and are surprised when they do what they were bred for.
A fighting dog did this to my dog 3 weeks ago, it was trying to kill him.
It attacked without any warning.
I’m nearly 6foot tall 85kg and reasonably fit and only just won the fight. I was fighting to win.
I now see large fighting dogs and judge whether I’d beat it in a fight, I see at least one a day I wouldn’t be confident about.
