Ok now do mine! How do I use a 1" threadless fork in a headtube with integrated headset made for a 1 1/8" forks? (to use Cinelli Alter stem on my HHSB)
Turns out its a thing in the BMX world, but I'd need it with a 36x45 bearing with 41mm OD for my frame.

Seems to me, you'd need adapters to hold the smaller bearings in the integrated cups. Small lathe required.
A bigger problem might be finding a 1" fork that'll look any good in a 9/8” head tube... Maybe a bit of bog up around the crown race?

That thing is fucking gorgeous. Never seen such a pretty giraffe bike. Not sure you can fault it for rocking 23s, though - 25s might be too close to that fabulous paint, and they're in proportion to its general spindliness.
Bit stumped as to what you're referring to with and: though... is it the external shift cables on the otherwise lovely ST-7700s? (I'd Shimergo that bike in a heartbeat.)
Or perhaps it deserves a nicer stem.

Looks like someone banged his/hers/x parts on the top tube there.

Hey, that's a nice touch, the seat tube split on the side; never seen anyone else do it. Closest I've seen would be a three-way split with the centre one on the front, which I thought was kinda nifty

All quill to threadless adapters are horrible boat-anchors, with the exception of the Innicycle one which includes the headset.
Threadless stems above a headset locknut always look a bit rubbish (threadless headsets and quill stems are sleeker), and making the threadless stem include a bar will magnify the aesthetic effect of hanging something modern off something obsolete.
Best option is to ditch the fork and throw in a 1" carbon threadless job. Or if you really want to hang onto the fork, consider having the steerer replaced. Otherwise Innicycle headset or bust. At least that will make it look like your original fork is threadless.
