I went through a similar process earlier this year. Didn’t get to ride both but went into Brompton Covent Garden to have a play with the super lights and they look impressive and do have a nice easy-to-use release mechanism but I found getting them reconnected a touch fiddly (I’m sure it’ll get easier with practice!) but also I wasn’t as keen about the wobbly-ness of the pedal shaft/crank interface. It’s based on a hex key design (a la the body of Allen keys) and I felt this was going to wear and round off as it’s a high load, high west area. I’ve had Allen keys that have done the same due to poor handling and didn’t want this for my pedals so went with mks in the end as I felt it was more tried and tested

Has anyone used the new Brompton Superlight Quick Release Pedals? Thinking about upgrading and wondering how these compare to the alternatives based on the MKS system
