  • Is this some sort of fanboi infomercial? I can’t say that I’m seeing the quality/premium described, just something that you might think is fun (it’s not my jam) at a price that’s not exactly inclusive.

    If you think of the kind of stuff someone like Timefactors can do at that price point and the huge economies of scale that Swatch has they must be producing them for relative peanuts.

    And I don’t know if it’s fair at all but this feels more obviously about the $ than the MoonSwatch (which of course was all about the $)

    In their defense, while the price per unit is probably nothing, the license and marketing would be fairly punchy. So I doubt these carry a better margin than anything else they sell.

    The value proposition of Timefactors is down to it being a guy doing all the legwork on his jays as a hobby business.
