Usually the same as shimano xt 4 pot.
Check what rotors you got, hardened = you can have sintered pads.Would Reccomend ebc red for family use cargos. Don't need hardened rotors and good balance between the others.

Thanks - I had another go using the product code on your pic. That took me to the TRP spec sheet:
https://tektro.eu/wp-content/uploads/TRP_CLine_E.pdf, which saysRed: Semi-Metallic pads
Copper: Full Metallic (opt.)For which the TRP part is Q20.11

Apologies for the shitty photo. Any idea what a fair, friendly price for this would be? A Ridgeback Cargo E that needs a moderate amount of work doing to it. Not loads of miles but fairly cosmetically battered from barely being on the road and being slung around a warehouse for a couple of years. RRP seems to be about £3.8k

If rrp is nearly 4k then 1.5 - 2k?
-
• #12383
Sounds about right. The only example I can find on eBay sold for £1.6k but seemingly in better shape.

Yep, sounds about right

What needs doing?
Also how big are these-similar to a bullit? -
• #12386
I need to get one of our mechanics to give it a good look over. Possibly new front wheel, forks and a couple of the bolts that attach the motor to the frame have gone missing somehow.
Size wise it's pretty similar to a Bullitt, yeah

Ouch.

Take that with a pinch of salt though. The guy who assessed it (from across the warehouse) has a flair for the dramatic. Either way, if we do sell it it'll be given a thorough check and either sold as is with full info of any issues/potential issues or fully serviced beforehand.

I'm sort of tempted myself tbh. If I had the space it'd make a half decent Bullitt alternative, it's pretty fun to ride.

Q: is it a 4-wheeled bike or a pedal-van?

what is it???

I'm still not convinced by these larger electric cargo vehicles. All that separates them from being an electric car is the fact that you have to turn the pedals. In an urban environment you have the same speed, the same load capacity etc. However, the driver has almost no protection in the case of a collision, which could be fairly significant given the vehicle weight and where they have to be driven.
I know they have many environmental benefits, but it seems like the driver is at a lot more risk than they otherwise would be. -

GSD S00 or S10 LR. Belt drive + enviolo is appealing but I can do my own maintenance on S10...
Advice pls!Edit: also £500

• #12396
S10 but I'd suggest HSD if home maintenance is important; no internal cables
Belt + nexus/alfine 8 makes more sense than enviolo

But their weight is probably five times less than that of a van - so their likely to do far less damage when they crash

To others yes, to the driver, no.

The driver being at risk is a positive, might make them more careful.
