Paperwork says that option 1 is all covered in the £1,400 but that costs will rise and can't be predicted for 2 or 3. Might know more tomorrow as neighbour is going to call party wall guy and explain his situation.

Yeah that’s about it, but can defo be predicted.
Option 4 is fuck you and your guy we are getting our own and you’re paying.
Option 2 is yeah alls cool but let’s make notes. Option 3 is not happy but trust your pro, usually around 800. -
Just as a note, which ever way they go get a condition report done on both walls. It’ll protect you too as much as them
