I'm getting party wall agreements sorted for an extension at the moment. One neighbour has waved it through on option 1, but the other is going for option 2 - what's that likely to cost me? I've already paid £1,400 for the party wall guy...

Should say in your paperwork.
1. Is nowt, but not advised.
2. Couple of hundred I think
3. 1k ish.
4. Base price x2.
If I remember correctly.

Paperwork says that option 1 is all covered in the £1,400 but that costs will rise and can't be predicted for 2 or 3. Might know more tomorrow as neighbour is going to call party wall guy and explain his situation.
