If you really want to take a cargo bike, you could perhaps use the Eurotunnel service that takes the bike on a trailer and puts you on a minibus. But, reports on here from users that have done this tell us that it takes circa 5 hours to complete the journey and accompoanying faff.
Take the boat instead.
