Second to last of the finishers. Was tough

At least you finished. I got caught in a traffic jam on the A23 on the way down, and only had time to do a 5 min warm up. It wasn't enough. Blew my doors off first time up the hill and didn't feel right second time up so called it a day.

Sorry to hear that, frustrating I’d imagine.
Probably warmer for your race too.

That climb was tough, walked twice! Definitely has me considering my gearing but that’s for another day.
