My shoes squeak! More specifically my right Lake cycling shoe. They are a few hundred km old and the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had but the squeak will torture me on long solo rides. What can I do to stop it?
What can I do to stop it?
For a start, tell us more. Which shoe model, which pedals, which cleats?
Earplugs?
Maybe dirt between cleat and shoe or cleat and pedal? Maybe cleat or sole are not quite the right shape because of a manufacturing fault?
