Modern, stiffer, lighter option: As mentioned, find older 5 bolt hollowtech II crankset for cheaps with no rings / worn rings (but obviously get standard 130 BCD not 110 BCD compact).
More beautiful, heavier option: Get a 8/9/10 speed Campagnolo square taper crankset, think Athena, Daytona, Chorus. It will be 5 bolt 135BCD. The BB sourcing will be a puzzle because of ISO (Campagnolo) and JIS (Shimano) tapers, but the variety of available BB lengths helps you tune the chainline and this is an advantage over hollowtech II.
Campagnolo Ultra Torque is a tempting alternative (if more $$$) but will be a pain in the ass because of non-standard chainrings and the need to fashion spacers for the bolts. It has been done though.
