I was going to say Third Flap™ however I noticed you don't have two normal flaps so it's technically the first flap

Nice! Really like the stainless ring on the seatpost slot.
Have you tried the black patination solution on steel before?
It will make the steel go black and the brass stay gold, which could look fancy. It needs serious coating though otherwise the black turns to brown pretty quick!
