I absolutely agree with this @gillies - if you're committed to doing this particular HM then getting a medical professional to look at it as soon as possible is almost certainly the best thing to do.
some pain in my achilles after a 15km run on Sunday. Finished the run with no pain but it got sore as the day wore on. Few days rest and it had gone but then a gentle 5km today, it reappeared.
It's quite mild and I can walk around with only very minor discomfort but wondering what recovery looks like. I've got my first ever HM in a month and don't want to lose training time if I can help it...
