The term you’re looking for is “Conterra Harness”. As @cgg correctly points out they were originally for paragliders but are now now more popular with movie crews due to the radio pouch.
A few different companies make similar designs but none in “high end” materials. It wouldn’t surprise me if Alpine Luddites or similar American custom outfitters had made some for Search And Rescue operations however.
