Giro Chamber II MTB shoes size 42, take two-bolt cleats. Literally never been worn outside - I stupidly took off all the labels and fitted cleats before realising my Lego man-style square feet (short but broad) are too wide for them. The only marking is some small traces of the anti-seize I put on the cleat bolts (cleats not included) around the bolt holes. £50 including postage to UK.
Would suit someone without Lego-man feet, good for MTB or commuting.
