Regarding the crown race.
The proper way is to ream the fork to spec.
The ghetto way that has always served me sufficiently is to slit the crown race to make it able to accommodate the extra micrometers, and live with a oh so slightly off crown race width.
Ild fit a rear brake anyway, it has and would fill the mounts and you might need it one day. There is a brake track already innit?
Built up the frame from @platypus, needs some finishing touches (looking for dynamo lights, and tips on how to fully seat a fork crown race that’s a bit tight haha)
