while i'm not a fan of the levers flaring out either i could live with it, however i also have the problem that they're twisted so much that the bump of the exiting gear cable/hard plastic edge of the lever sits too high and starts to dig into the heel of my hand with certain hand positionson paper they should be great, not sure why they're like this... if you search around for pictures of them most people seem to have the bar ends pointing at their rear hub, exactly the kind of bar angle that gets posted in this thread...
any bdhuers running ritchey neo classic bars?
I fitted a set at the weekend and had to mount the levers (105 5800) way above the marking points on the bends to get the levers in an upward position, which leads to the lever blades being angled outwards quite a bit.
