  • Can anyone recommend a good condensing tumble dryer please? It’ll live on top of my washing machine in a bit very well ventilated room.

2 years ago I also bought cheap homesense pans. The frying pan has now lost it’s coating and is useless. Saucepan going the same way. Not looking to spend the earth, but from an environmental stand point it’d be nice to get something that lasts a bit longer. Any recommendations? Hexclad adverts currently following me round the internet

    Cheers

  • For pans go to a commercial cookware place and get carbon steel and cast iron frying pans. They're oven safe and will take temperatures that non stick coatings will give up the ghost (my last teflon pan lasted 2 days)

Also get wooden or silicone utensils, bin any metal ones.

Tumble dryers I like Samsung and the Miele heat pump ones. But really anything goes. Maybe consider one that can be plumbed rather than having a container to empty.
