If the crank is sacrificial, I'd try a metal tipped hammer rather than rubber. The extra shock might free it

it's alloy axle in steel bearings that are stuck together ?
blow torch inside the axle to heat up, wait for the both parts to cool down ?I have saved a steel frame with a stuck alloy post that way

HELP NEEDED !
I have si crankset stuck in my frame. The non-drive side crank is off but the axle and d/s crank is stuck solid. Maybe I didn’t grease the axle first, can’t remember. But I’ve sold the frame and need the crank out. I’ve poured Plusgas in but no luck. Anyone got a great idea ? Not my first Cannondale rodeo as you all know but I’ve never had this happen. And yes, I have belted seven different colours of sh*t out of it with a rubber mallet !
